Technology

describes the core flexible IT systems an organization needs for digital transformation and the reason for choosing them; the building blocks and the structure of the IT.

Organization

measures the digital transformation adoption capacity from the business and managerial perspective within the organization, in particular, its capability to address and exploit the generated value
